Many of our locations are reachable by public bus. We also offer telehealth appointments, so you can meet with a provider securely through the internet, right from your laptop or phone. Plus, there’s a convenient new School-Based Health Center, in collaboration with the Marcus Whitman School District, for families who live within its district. The School-Based Health Center will provide medical, dental, and mental health services there.

In 1970, the Rushville Health Center opened in response to a growing need for underserved groups with little to no access to primary care.
Marcus Whitman School-Based Health Center
Your School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a partnership between the Marcus Whitman School District and Mosaic Health to help students get medical, behavioral health, and dental services.
Mosaic Health Utica
Mosaic Health Utica is located in the Mohawk Valley in Utica, New York. The center was opened by Mosaic Health (formerly RPCN) and its partners in 2010, to improve access to medical and dental care in the city.
Mosaic Health Ilion
Mosaic Health Ilion was opened in the spring of 2016 to improve access to health care across the Mohawk Valley Region of New York.
