Patients participating in the Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program also have access to prescriptions at a discount at participating pharmacies. You must be eligible for and participating in the program to receive the discount.
If you have been approved for our Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program, you are currently a patient at one of our health centers, and you’re still struggling to afford your prescription medications, you might be eligible for our Prescription Assistance Program.
