A care manager on site will work with you to make sure your dental care is coordinated with any other services you may need from Mosaic Health, from medical to mental health. About Community Dentistry.
Maybe your child doesn’t have a dentist or dental insurance. Or, maybe it’s hard to get them to appointments because of transportation issues or work schedules. Whatever the case, Community Dentistry can provide your child with much-needed dental services at their school. That includes checkups, dental cleanings, and education. Enrollment is required.
