At our health centers in Rushville, Utica, and Ilion, you’ll have a care team that works together to make sure you get the right treatment at the right time. Your team will coordinate your appointments and services and make sure everyone who treats you is collaborating on your care, from preventive visits to labs to chronic disease. And our Marcus Whitman School-Based Health Center is ideal for families who live within that school district. It provides medical, dental, and mental health services, right where your kids attend class every day.
A comfortable way to connect. We also offer telehealth appointments, so you can meet with a provider securely through the internet, right from your laptop or phone.

Affording care. We welcome all forms of health insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Sliding fee discounts are available to those who qualify. Our Utica Health Center also accepts patients limited or no insurance.

Marcus Whitman School-Based Health Center
Your School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a partnership between the Marcus Whitman School District and Mosaic Health to help students get medical, behavioral health, and dental services.
Mosaic Health Utica
Mosaic Health Utica is located in the Mohawk Valley in Utica, New York. The center was opened by Mosaic Health (formerly RPCN) and its partners in 2010, to improve access to medical and dental care in the city.
Mosaic Health Ilion
Mosaic Health Ilion was opened in the spring of 2016 to improve access to health care across the Mohawk Valley Region of New York.
