Today, we provide medical, dental, and mental health care to patients throughout the Finger Lakes Region, where many of those we serve work in agriculture and tourism.

At our Rushville location, your care team includes providers like your physician, nurse practitioner, dentist, social worker, and care manager, all working together to support every part of your wellness. Your team can also connect you to our mental health providers and other support. We’re here to make sure you understand any diagnosis you might get—and how your treatment will work. We’ll also work with you to address concerns about how to pay for your care.
