UCHC Ready to Enroll People in the NYS Health Plan Marketplace

UTICA, NY – November 7, 2013 – Utica Community Health Center (UCHC), one of four Regional Primary Care Network health centers, is ready to enroll people in the New York State Health Plan Marketplace, NY State of Health.

UCHC Social Workers have been trained by the state and are prepared to provide education about NY State of Health, as well as outreach and enrollment activities. Residents in the Utica area can call 315-793-7600 x7226 to make an appointment for assistance in finding the right coverage to fit their needs and budget.
