Sarah Russell DNP, APRN, FNP-C Joins Rushville Community Health Center
RUSHVILLE, NY – September 24, 2015 – Rushville Community Health Center (RCHC) announced today that Sarah Russell DNP, APRN, FNP-C, has joined the practice. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Russell provides primary care for patients of all ages and has completed additional training in developmental pediatrics. Sarah previously worked at F.F. Thompson Hospital for more than 18 years on the Birthing Center, Cardiac, Medical and surgical units.
Sarah earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Finger Lakes Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keuka College, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner track from St. John Fisher College. She additionally completed Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disability (LEND), and an advanced Autism Fellowship in the Kirch Clinic through the University of Rochester at Strong Memorial Hospital.
“I’m very excited to be caring for individuals in my community, and support children and their families with special needs,” said Sarah.
A native of Rochester, NY, Sarah Russell now lives in Canandaigua with her husband and four children.
RCHC is located at 2 Rubin Drive, in Rushville, NY, where primary medical and dental services are available. Sarah Russell is welcoming new patients of all ages.
