Muhammad Hashmi, MD, Joins Mosaic Health

RUSHVILLE, NY – August 12, 2020 – Mosaic Health announced today that Muhammad Hashmi, MD, has joined the organization and will be seeing patients at its health center in Rushville, NY.

Dr. Hashmi recently completed his residency with Aultman Hospital Family Medicine in Canton, Ohio. Hashmi earned a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Dutch Caribbean.

“We are excited to have Dr. Hashmi on board—this has been a long time coming. He completes our medical team in Rushville and his passion for providing overall wellness and healthy lifestyle education will greatly benefit our patients,” said Chief Operating Officer, Denise Burgen.

Dr. Hashmi joins Family Nurse Practitioners Samantha Glarner, Amy Arp, and Mallory Eberly in welcoming new patients of all ages. Mosaic Health Rushville is located at 2 Rubin Drive, Rushville, NY 14544, where primary care medical, dental, and behavioral health services are available. Most commercial insurances are accepted, as well as Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and Medicare.
