You are invited to Bid on a Contract for the Addition and Alterations to Utica Community Health Center, Parkside Court, Utica, NY. The project consists of an addition of approximately 312 square feet and alterations to an existing building of approximately 5,600 square feet at the RPCN Utica Community Health Center, 3 Parkside Court, Utica, NY.  The purpose of this construction is to create an Article 28 dental facility. Work includes site work, structural work, general construction, plumbing construction, sprinkler construction, HVAC construction, fire alarm construction, and electrical construction, as outlined herein and in the Construction Documents.

The Owner(s) will receive Bids at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018.  Deliver Bids to Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering, 1 North Park Row, Clinton, NY 13323.  Bids will be privately opened at the convenience of the Owner(s).

The Owner, above named, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids.

No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018.  The meeting will be held at the project site, 3 Parkside Court, Utica, NY 13501.

Any Bidder interested in obtaining online access to the Construction Documents through the Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering extranet may express their interest by email to Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering (NAAE) at kputney@nelsonae.com.  The Bidder will be sent an Online Documents Agreement which must be signed by an authorized agent of the company and returned to NAAE to obtain a password to access the website.  The Bidder will be responsible for any and all printing of plans and specifications as deemed necessary in order to prepare their Bid.
