Regional Primary Care Network (RPCN) is now Mosaic Health

Rochester, NY – June 3, 2019 – Regional Primary Care Network (RPCN), a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers across New York, announces that it is changing its name to Mosaic Health. This update better reflects the organization’s portfolio of services, diverse patient population, and mission to transform how people access healthcare in the communities it serves.

Mosaic Health is federally funded to serve the underserved and underinsured. It serves approximately 20,000 patients at its locations in Ilion, Lyons, Mount Morris, Rushville, and Utica New York.

“This is an exciting time for the organization. We anticipate that this new identity will help strengthen our presence in the communities we serve, reinforce our relationships with patients, vendors—and each other,” said Michael Leary, President and CEO of Mosaic Health.

The official corporate name change takes effect today, June 3, 2019. It will be a seamless transition for patients who receive care at our health center locations and at school.
