You are invited to Bid on a Contract for Valley Family Health Center Alterations, 55 Central Plaza B, Ilion, NY. Work includes general construction, plumbing construction, sprinkler construction, HVAC construction, and electrical construction. The existing suite is approximately 2,091 gross leasable square feet, formerly an Article 28 magnetic imaging suite constructed in 2006. Construction includes minor modifications of walls, doors, and ceilings to create a conference room, several consult rooms, and offices, as outlined herein and in the Construction Documents.

The Owner(s) will receive Bids at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019.  Deliver Bids to Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering, 1 North Park Row, Clinton, NY 13323.  Bids will be privately opened at the convenience of the Owner(s).

The Owner, above named, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids.

No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019.  The meeting will be held at the project site, 55 Central Plaza B, Ilion, NY 13357.

Any Bidder interested in obtaining online access to the Construction Documents through the Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering website may express their interest by email to Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering (NAAE) at kputney@nelsonae.com.  The Bidder will be sent an Online Documents Agreement, which must be signed by an authorized agent of the company and returned to NAAE to obtain access to the website.  The Bidder will be responsible for any and all printing of plans and specifications as deemed necessary in order to prepare their Bid.
